Items marked on their detail page with a label “Free returns” can be sent back within 90 days after order placed, or 15days or 7days after order received (depending on origin of the products). The first return for each order is free.

Detailed FIVE (5) steps to return and refund item:

Step 1: Tap the order you want to return: Account > View all

Step 2: Tap the Returns/refunds

Step 3: Select a reason for your return

Step 4: Upload photos/videos and describe the problem if needed

Step 5: Confirm and submit

Once we’ve received and checked your returned item(s), we will issue refund as soon as possible.

In some cases, a return label will not be available, and you will pay a shipping fee first before returning the item. Once your order refund is issued, please contact LoveExpress Customer Service so that we can refund the shipping fee.
